Assignment Objectives:
The assignment has been designed to make students to:
 Understand The Satisfaction with Life Scale
 Evaluate their personalities on the items given in The Satisfaction with Life Scale
Question:
You have read about The Satisfaction with Life Scale in lesson number 08. The mentioned
scale has been uploaded in downloads section of VULMS. Please download, fill and score it as
instructed. After that, discuss your life satisfaction on the following points/ items/statements
given in The Satisfaction with Life Scale keeping in view your scores:
1. In most ways, my life is close to my ideal. (4)
2. The conditions of my life are excellent. (4)
3. I am satisfied with my life. (4)
4. So far, I have got the important things I want in my life. (4)
5. If I could live my life over, I would change almost nothing. (4)
Instructions:
 Please discuss your stance on each point/item/statement and give examples from your
life to support your answers.
 Discussion on each statement must not exceed 200 words.
 The assignment is all about your personality, so please avoid copy pasting.
