Assignment Dear Students, Given below is a short story in which three principles of learning presented by Pavlov have been discussed within the life context of the same individual. Your task is to identify which learning principle is operational in which part of the story. You are also required to justify your identification. “Ali, a six years old child, was fond of playing with small cars. He put his efforts to play properly but was unable to handle a car in a proper manner. Due to this, he damaged several cars. His father set an interesting activity for him. He started to award him scores on a small score board as a result of effective playing with a car. Due to this, Ali started to learn; how to play in a proper manner. That score board was red in colour with small blue numbers from 1-10. On one day, his father gave a small truck and asked him to play with it. He played in the same manner as he used to play with a car. Same procedure was followed and scores were given on the score board upon effective playing. After passing few days, Ali started to play with that truck but at this time, his father did not award any point on the score board. His father asked him to play with a car. When he started to play with that car then his father granted him the scores. According to him, human minds tend to establish a cause and effect relationship. On the other hand, Auguste Comte did not believe on the cause and effect relationship. Instead he emphasized; we must gather information at first and then build connections between different pieces of gathered information. Which of the viewpoint; you use in order to understand the relationship between different incidences/events? Discuss it with the help of some real life example. Note: Only in the case of Assignment, 24 hours extra / grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading difficulties which may be faced by the students on last date. ANSWER:
          I agree with the statement of August statement we Gather information 1st and then connect with that more gathered information, for example Child once sees a ball than he always look all around things as ball. If experience once bad situation, I always connect that experience, on all bad situations.

Aren't we supposed to put acquisition , extinction, spontaneous recovery, generalization and discrimination as learning principles?

i don`t think that it is right solution.
