The traits or qualities which are inherited are natural and those traits we learn from environment or though our experience is nurture.  At molecular level we study a single thing, and in molar level we focus on group.

Ethical issues when using animal in experiment:  Minimizing the pain and suffering. Provide proper care to animal. Sometime experimenter provides drugs or chemical which are harmful for animal because of only conducting their research and get results. It is unethical to provide any harm to animal. Using animals which are suffers least. Avoid injuries, if animal suffer provide treatment and care. Animal should not be suffered. Most of the animals are killed in experiments.                                                                                                                    Benefits:                                                                                                it helps with improving human health.
It only tests animals that are a close to humans in a biological sense.
It offers benefits to the organizations carrying it out.
It is highly regulated to protect animals from mistreatment.
