b)      Which variable (Discrete or Continuous) is more suitable in the following examples?

  • The content of a bottle of fluid is quoted as 1025 ml.
  • People are asked to state their age at their birthday. 
  • People are asked to state how many times in the last month they visited their family doctor.
  • The height of trees at a nursery.

By adding all these values we will get the total sum of frequency i.e.

49+52+52+56+59+62+64+65+72+74+76+82+83+84+85+88+90+90+91+95+96+96+97+ 99+101+103+105+110+116+118= 2510
