Assalam-o-Alaikum
Find the attachment of solved assignment No. 1 of Sta-301....
Kindly dont copy paste it otherwise a big ZERO is waiting for you.
Important Tips
Frequency distribution ka sb se easy tareeka or jaldi se calculate karny ka tareeka ye hy k ap ko jitni values di gae hain un sb ko excel me aik column me paste kr lyn.
Then sb ko select kr k sort kr lyn smallest to largest value then ap easily count kr sakty hain or ye tareeka bht short hy otherwise it will take your 15 mints in exam and question reh jay ga....
Anyone if find any mistakes in the solution then can discussion freely.....

what is class boundaries?
class boundaries = upper class - lower class / 2
here is this case 25 is upper class and 24 is lower hence
25-24/2 which is equal to 0.5
now we will deduct 0.5 from 20 and will add 0.5 to 24 to get class boundaries
for example
our class limit is
20-24
now we will
20-0.5--------24+0.5
which will be 19.5---24.5 this is the method to convert class limits and class boundaries
Note:
Class interval is 5
so we will make a class from 20-24
because 20,21,22,23,24 these are five which is our limit. not 20-25 it will be 6 limit
So the correct class limit is 20-24
Now lets talk about the second question
The same method we will use to get class boundaries
0.7314-0.7313/2=0.0005
now we will decrease 0.00005 from 0.7312 and we will add 0.00005 to 0.7313 same like that we will make class boundaires for every class limits
and for MODE we will take modal class
now
What is Modal Class?
Modal class is that class in which ur maximum frequency lie. Here in this case 30 is the maximum frequecny and its class is modal class and the frequency which is exectly above 30 will be called as F1 and frequecy exct below the 30 will be called as F2

Abdul Rehman Ansari bhai ap ne mid point thek calculate nai kya.
mid point class boundaries lety hain dear class limits se nahi .....or jab ap ne mode calculate karna ho tb to class boundaries use hoti hain always....... ye solution of hinna wrong hay totaly.....Capus teacher ne jo solve karaya or smjhaya wo mery solution me dekh lo ap
thakn's bahi ...........
very good dear, thanks
clas interval is 5 tariq bhai
and we uuse inclusive style in which we will make a class from 20-24
thanxxxxxxxxxxx ide dany ka
defination of class interval:
Class Intervals
Class interval is the difference between the upper and lower class boundaries of any class
so we take class limit 20-25
