A  B  C  D  E  F  G  H  I  J  K  L  M  N  O  P  Q  R  S  T  U  V  W  X   Y   Z

*There are 26 letters in English alphabet.

*English alphabet letters are divided into Vowels and Consonants.

*There are only  5 letters out of 26 that are known as vowels .

   i.e. a, e, i, o, u

*The rest of the letters excluding vowels are known as Consonants.

i.e.  B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, X, Z, W and Y.

FUNFACT ABOUT APLHABET:

The word alphabet originated  from the first two letters of the Greek alphabet:  alpha and beta.
