Everyone possesses a number of passions, aspirations, emotions and feelings coming to them instinctively or as a reaction to the prevailing environment. A quality of a successful person is the capability of making the right decision at the right time and replacing desire by reason. We come across many challenges and tasks which determine our success or failure in the long run. One reality that every person faces is ‘fear’.

Fear is the worst feeling that engulfs a person. Everyone has fears. Once people surrender to their fears and start believing that their fears will become reality, they are sure to get the wrong results.

However, hope on the other hand is the enemy of fear. Hope gives life a new meaning. When one faces inappropriate situations coming in the guise of bitter truth, s/he starts feeling danger, and then s/he loses hope.
One should not be afraid but should have faith in one’s abilities. A student who has issues regarding his studies, fears he may not do well, as a result, he loses academic motivation. And even if he does not fail, he gets average marks. He is labelled in a negative way by his classmates, his family members, and peers. It was due to his fear that he lost confidence in his abilities and performed poorly. That is why belief in one’s capabilities is important in the learning process.

However, a proactive person does not take decisions at the drop of a hat but sees the future as an opportunity to plan, initiate and rectify past mistakes. Again, acting in this manner, a student who has got low grades in the last exam does not take it to heart but thinks of ways to overcome his mistakes and shortcomings.
Sometimes, ignorance can lead to fear. When we have complete knowledge of a situation, we are relaxed and not perplexed. If a student studies literature and s/he does not know about the right books to consult or the good tutors available, s/he will be exposed to difficulty and confusion throughout the session. That is why knowledge is a great tool to fight your fears.

The crux of the matter is that fear destructs and does not instruct. It hinders and does not help. Hope, confidence, creativity and being proactive, are the ways to get rid of it. We all should be considerate and courageous to win over the fallouts we have with our fears in a befitting fashion. Apply it, you won’t regret it!

do u know...these fears are mostly hidden...and they live in man's unconsciousness... they are far away from the person's awareness..people are mostly unaware about most of their fears...they are only came out when people behave or act something..but when they came out still they are not recognizable...this z not easy to know about our most of fears....
